Disciplines
The Estoril Portugal XPD Race 2007 will have the following disciplines:
- MTB
- Paddling
- Coasteering
- Climbing and other ropes activities (rappel, slide, etc)
- Speleo
- Free diving
- Swimming
- Orienteering
- Inline skating
- Trekking
- Trikke
Note1: The disciplines may be fulfilled separately or in pairs. For example: Inline Skating with Trikke.
Note2: After the testing of the race, the degrees of difficulty of each discipline will be published.
